How necessary blush is? Well if you ask me then I would definitely say that it is a must! It gives you that glow and color that will make your skin look a lot more healthy and alive. I am trying a new blush from the brand CORINGCO. It is a duo blush which I think will suit those who have white or fair skin.

 The baby pink and baby peach shade when mixed  will give you that natural flush from within look. The formula of this blush is a little bit too powdery but it is long lasting. You can blend both shade to get a more multi-dimensional look. I think this is the blush that would not go any wrong for those mestizas out there. The mascara doesn’t come in a box as it’s a fairly basic, staple product – which explains how super affordable it is. I don’t think that this is an issue though, since the packaging is very sturdy and the cap screws shut tightly. It’s a pretty light-weight and simple. The brush for the curling version of this mascara has a curved shaped, which is meant to curl the lashes. This mascara is very handy and is very cute. The color is black and teal. It is actually waterproof and won't let your eyelashes fall. A lot of beauty gurus are raving about this product and I can say that this product is really good. The mascara has microfibers that helps lengthen my eyelashes more. It gives me a really natural looking length and darkens my lashes substantially. Trying out some BENTON products with StyleKorean by qborero




Benton is a Korean brand that sells skincare products. They have a wide range of products that varies from sheet masks to creams to oils to mist and a lot more. The name and definition of Benton took its motives from the movie “ The curious case of Benjamin button” In the movie , Benjamin is born as an old man and he becomes younger and younger as time goes by and ultimately dies as a new born baby. I like using this before putting on my makeup, because it tends to be a little greasy if I spray it as a fixing spray.

In order to have a healthy face wash, Benton Honest Cleansing Foam cleanses fatigued skin caused by various stress and pollution. This natural cleansing foam not only cleanses your face but further moisturizes your skin to minimize dryness of your skin. Yes, indeed this hydrates my face after wash but I cannot see a big effect on me although it did not promise a lot of benefits. I can only say that this is just your typical cleanser that removes makeup.

How to Clean Your Makeup Tools with StyleKorean by qborero





We girls know that we can put makeup using our bare hands but we still use some sort of tools. These tools are mainly used to make your base look even more flawless. It varies from brushes to sponges to a lot more. Below are some tips that you should know to keep your tools dirt-free:



1. Wet the bristles or sponge with lukewarm water.
2. Place a drop of makeup brush cleanser or soap into the palm of your hand. I use the Apieu No Dirty Puff Cleanser.


3. Gently massage the tips of the bristles or the sponge in your palm.
4. Rinse the bristles/sponge/puff.

5. Squeeze out the excess moisture with a clean towel.

6. Let the brush dry with its bristles hanging off the edge of a counter, thereby allowing it to dry in the correct shape. Never let your brushes dry on a towel — the bristles can become mildewed.

7. Air dry your sponge and puff.

Eyeliner Basics with StyleKorean by qborero



Are you the type of girl who cannot live without lining your eyes? Then you should know that there are three basic forms of eyeliner out in the market. These are the pen, gel and liquid types of eyeliner. For me the easiest to work with is the pen type with a fine tip. I can easily draw a cat eye with it. I also like the gel type for a thicker cat eye look. On the other hand, I use a liquid type of eyeliner when I do my heavy full glam makeup to last longer. Below are some tips you can work with eyeliners:

 1. Hold your eye for more control. It is as if you are stretching your eyes to have a higher precision.

 2. Choose the proper color. Usually eyeliners are black but you can actually use more differentiated colors like brown and gray. Koreans mostly use brown eyeliners.

 3. Do not forget to blend. Blending is always the key to make your eye look proper and not sharp.

 4. Line in your waterline in nude for bright eyes. I use a skin tone color to line my waterline for my eyes to appear bigger and alive.

 5. Trace your way to a flawless cat eye.

 6. Line your eyes with pencil first then liquid eyeliner for precision.

 7. Fix your mistakes with a cotton swab and put concealer on it.

 8. Make sure your liquid eyeliner is dry before opening and closing your eyes. I use the Etude House Oh My Eye Liner because it lasts long and dry fast.

I have been into aloe vera lately because it soothe and moisturize my skin very well. I can use it from head to toe. I tried a lot of brands but my favorite and everyone's favorite is the one from Nature Republic. It feels original, and very organic. It is actually being raved by everyone everywhere.
