Merzy Lipstick with StyleKorean by qborero




Koreans are known for their gradient lips. Mostly tints are the common lip product that they use. I am surprise with the brand Merzy for coming up with a hyper pigmented lipstick that is matte. With just one swipe you will get its full pigmentation. It is still not drying on the lips. I can compare this with the 3CE bullet lipsticks. Do I recommend this? Ofcourse!

Are you a fan of sponge or brush?

 I personally believe that both are really good tools in order for you to create a perfect look. A sponge will give you a seamless and flawless finish but with lesser coverage. On the other hand, a brush will give you a perfect coverage but with the right foundation brush only because some can give you a streaky look.

 This heart shape puff from Etudehouse is good for baking. It can be tear-apart and is very smooth. I wish it comes in a bigger size. For it's price its an okay puff.

Mizon Acence Blemish Out Pink Spot with StyleKorean by qborero


This acne treatment is made up of two layers. The upper layer is a yellow liquid containing glycolic acid, salicylic acid, triclosan, dimethyl sulfone and Coptis japonica makino extract to fight acne. The lower layer is pink calamine powder which helps to soothe skin.

You dip a cotton swab into the unmixed layers, down to the bottom of the bottle, and pull it out. The swab should therefore be covered with a layer of calamine sandwiched between the yellow liquid. When you apply it onto the troubled spot, the yellow liquid will first draw out sebum and disinfect the area, followed by the pink layer that provides a soothing effect. The second yellow layer acts as a finishing touch to shield off bacteria.

Don’t shake the bottle! If you accidentally mix the layers, it’ll take around 2 hours for the powder to settle at the bottom. Also, remember to dip your cotton swab slowly so it can soak up the contents properly without disturbing the layers. Always use a fresh swab each time – don’t double dip! Apply it only on troubled spots and let it dry before going to bed.


Ingredients
Yellow fluid layer : Dipping into the first layer provide prepares the cue tip with disinfecting solution.
Pink Powder : Dipping deeper into the pink layer prepares a solution that removes redness and draws out swelling.
Yellow fluid layer : Pulling the cue-tip out of the bottle applies a second layer of disinfectant and drying solution to remove oil and bacteria from the trouble area.

I have never tried a bubble maker and I was so excited to finally try one. I got the cloud bubble maker from the brand tonymoly. Bubble Maker for making rich and soft bubbles that enables cleaner cleansing!


Surprisingly this one is really really effective and does so much lather than by using your hands. Here are some tips to make it work:

1. Open the container by pulling the handle, and add a small amount of cleansing foam, the size of your fingernail, onto the bottom of this container or the lid.
2. Add water according to the scale marker on the side of the container. Close the lid and pump the handle several times up and down.

The Face Shop Herb Day Cleansing Cream with StyleKorean by qborero


A cleansing cream, contains fruit extracts that are rich in vitamins. Effective in brightening, with mild touch feel.​
What are cleansing creams: Cleansing cream is a skin care product that washes and moisturizes your skin, getting rid of dirt, sweat, makeup and bacteria. 

It is usually made from a combination of mineral oil, petrolatum, water and waxes.​

I have been using the Banila Co Cleansing Balm before and I love it so much. Comparing these two I love the Banila Co more. The cream is very greasy than the balm but is also effective. This cleansing cream consistency is like that of a cold cream which, when rubbed between the fingers, turns into an emollient, which helps in makeup removal. A small pea-sized amount is enough for one-time use and can easily remove most of face makeup except eye makeup and liquid lipsticks. I suggest avoid using it on your eyes.

How to use:
Get adequate amount on palms.
Massage the face until the make up base gets off.
Wipe it out with tissue. Use cleansing foam as the last step.​

Take a moderate amount and lather it up. Massage over the entire face in rolling motions. Wash off with lukewarm water.
