Eyeliner Basics with StyleKorean by qborero

Are you the type of girl who cannot live without lining your eyes? Then you should know that there are three basic forms of eyeliner out in the market. These are the pen, gel and liquid types of eyeliner. For me the easiest to work with is the pen type with a fine tip. I can easily draw a cat eye with it. I also like the gel type for a thicker cat eye look. On the other hand, I use a liquid type of eyeliner when I do my heavy full glam makeup to last longer. Below are some tips you can work with eyeliners:

1. Hold your eye for more control. It is as if you are stretching your eyes to have a higher precision.

2. Choose the proper color. Usually eyeliners are black but you can actually use more differentiated colors like brown and gray. Koreans mostly use brown eyeliners.

3. Do not forget to blend. Blending is always the key to make your eye look proper and not sharp.

4. Line in your waterline in nude for bright eyes. I use a skin tone color to line my waterline for my eyes to appear bigger and alive.

5. Trace your way to a flawless cat eye.

6. Line your eyes with pencil first then liquid eyeliner for precision.

7. Fix your mistakes with a cotton swab and put concealer on it.

8. Make sure your liquid eyeliner is dry before opening and closing your eyes. I use the Etude House Oh My Eye Liner because it lasts long and dry fast.

Suggested Use:

My Experience:

I have been using this for straight 2 weeks now and I can really see a big difference. My hair is very long and it tends to be dry at times. I do not like oily or greasy hair because it attracts more dirt. I tried using this with wet hair and it is as if my hair absorbs it quick! But I suggest you use it on your dry hair to see the miracle effect. It will make your hair shiny and look healthier. I love it so much and I definitely recommend this. It comes in a bottle with a pump and I was actually surprised that it is so big for a hair serum.

UNBOXING: Seoul Glow Box with StyleKorean by qborero

I recently posted a blog about StyleKorean's kbeauty box, now let me share with you what's inside a Seoul Glow Box.

I am so happy to receive this wonderful box, it contains 8 kbeauty items. I love that the packaging of each of the items aren't cheap looking. They are actually cute and really full of effort. I like that StyleKorean created this kind of kbeauty box, it is very helpful to those who wants to try first before buying the full size.

About the products inside, I am most delighted with the Sulwhasoo Ginseng Cream, we all know that that brand is a high-end kbeauty brand. I love the packaging of the Huxley Oil Essence, it looks very classy and it smells so good. I've been meaning to buy a Heimish All Clean Balm but I was always skeptical about it, thank God I got to try this because of this box. It totally works but I think it is still pricey. As for the Moonshot Cream Paint, I love the formula I just don't like the color on me. Bright pink does not go for a morena like me. I've been always a user of the Cosrx Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser and I find it cute to see a sample size. As for the Son & Park Beauty Water, I don't think it is that special to be raved by a lot of beauty enthusiast. Maybe with continued use I might see a difference but for now it's a no no for me. Lastly, I got to try the Pyunkang Yul Mask Pack, it has 3 steps and I find the mask very rejuvenating. I highly recommend it.

Overall, I like to recommend this box to every kbeauty enthusiast out there. Kudos to StyleKorean for doing this, I hope you produce this type of boxes more!
